At Ambleside Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all furniture remains in its original packaging and unassembled state to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place it back into its original protective packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly manuals are included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, our specialized logistics team will contact you within 48 hours to coordinate a convenient curbside pickup time.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned piece, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
